Completion of a detailed health history screening to give the surgeons an accurate picture of your overall health.
Complete physical exam directed at your specific problem.
Duplex ultrasound examination for all patients to assess the underlying, hidden sources of your vein disease.  (If you are not having an ultrasound exam during your venous assessment there is a high probability of missing the important, underlying causes of your problem).
Vein light examination in certain patients to assess sub-surface feeder veins.
Complete explanation of your diagnosis and all options for treatment including details of the procedure, complications, after effects, costs.
